The Veil is Tearing

Krevnost is dying. For generations the sun rises paler, winters grow longer, and from cracks in the earth and sky emerge creatures no living elder has ever seen. Scholars speak of the Veil Rupture — the boundary between the living world and the afterrealms, slowly dissolving.

The old kingdoms have fallen. Cities empty out. Those who remain live in fear behind walls or flee into the unknown — into places others feared to walk. That is exactly where your House waits.

"The world is dying. I am dying with it — for I am its end, and without a beginning there is no end. The Veil breaks and my domain crumbles. I chose you not because you are great. I chose you because you have nothing to lose and everything to gain." — Greymantle, Mysterious Patron of the Houses

Tone

Semi Dark Fantasy

Fallen kingdoms, dark pacts, dynastic survival. The world is not black and white — Krevnost wants to die by its own hand, and the players must answer the question: is it worth saving?

Greymantle

The Mysterious Patron

No body, no voice — only a grey mantle of mist and a silence that speaks volumes. The embodiment of the world's end, in need of salvation itself. As long as the pact holds, no member of your House can die permanently.

Echos

Ghosts of the Past

Spirits of Krevnost's former inhabitants, trapped in the cracks between worlds. Fragments of their memories form a picture of a truth the old empire chose to bury rather than face.

The World

Krevnost as a Living Being

The world is alive and conscious. The Veil did not rupture on its own — Krevnost tore it itself. Long ago it devoured another, smaller world to grow. For ages it has carried the guilt, and now seeks death as an act of atonement.

Lead a Dynasty, Not a Character

Every player founds a House — a dynasty of up to five heroes living in their own castle. Heroes can specialise in different roles, share a common inventory and resources. Your House name appears next to every character: [Ashveil] Draveth.

Real-Time MMO

WebSocket-powered. The main city is a living hub — players see each other, trade, form guilds and compete for regions.

📜

Quest System

Story, side and dynamic quests. The narrative unfolds through Echo memory fragments — the truth is never handed to you.

💀

No Permanent Death

The Pact with Greymantle guarantees it. Revival costs gold (instant) or time (free, at your castle).

Three Acts, One Truth

The story of Krevnost is not told through cutscenes — you uncover it through exploration of ruins, conversations with Echos and choices your House makes. The deeper you go, the darker the truth.

Act I — The Pact

Greymantle seeks out your House — outlaws, heretics, outcasts. It makes an offer: a castle as your base, protection from permanent death, and one task — repair the Veil. Save Krevnost.

Act II — The Discovery

The Veil did not rupture on its own. Krevnost — as a living being — tore it itself. The old empire knew this and chose silence. The Echos will reveal what has been buried for centuries.

Act III — The Truth About Krevnost

In the depths of the hardest dungeons, the Houses uncover the final truth: Krevnost wants to die as an act of atonement for the world it devoured. Greymantle knew from the very beginning. The question is — what will you do now?
